Software Proficiency: Expertise in estimation tools/software like Auto CAD and Excel-based estimation templates. Strong leadership and team management capabilities, mentoring junior team members for consistency and quality. Strategic thinker with experience in cost optimization and value engineering without compromising on quality. Advanced analytical and negotiation skills to manage vendors, stakeholders, and complex project requirements. Ability to prepare and present cost analyses, recommendations, and reports to senior management and clients. Expertise in preparing contingency budgets to address unforeseen project challenges. ✅ Takes full ownership of estimation accuracy and its impact on project success. Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or a Bachelor’s Degree (BE) in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
