Role Summary:We are looking for a U.S. Tax Accountant with hands-on experience in preparing and reviewing U.S. individual and business tax returns. The role involves tax compliance, bookkeeping, payroll support, tax planning, and preparation of year-end financial statements for U.S.-based clients.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review U.S. tax returns: Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120-S- Handle federal and state tax compliance and filings- Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records- Manage payroll processing and payroll tax filings- Support tax planning, estimates, and year-end close- Prepare year-end financial statements and reconciliations- Coordinate with clients for data collection and issue resolutionRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Experience in U.S. tax accounting and compliance- Strong knowledge of individual and business tax returns- Working knowledge of bookkeeping and payroll- Familiarity with U.S. tax and accounting software- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesPreferred Qualifications:- CPA / EA or equivalent U.S. tax exposure- Experience working with U.S. clients or CPA firms- Exposure to multi-state filings
