About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization , along with a deep technical understanding of the platform. You will play a key role in designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions while mentoring and guiding developers to deliver high-quality results aligned with business objectives. Location: Kolkata (Hybrid during establishment, On-site from Jan 2026) Employment Type : Full Time Key Responsibilities Develop complex and scalable Salesforce code solutions while guiding the development team on best practices and optimal implementation. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Perform hands-on Salesforce development, configuration, and customization as required. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into robust technical solutions. Stay current with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry best practices , and proactively share knowledge with the team. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field . Strong understanding of Salesforce platform limitations and the ability to design efficient solutions within or around those constraints. Proven expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) . Deep proficiency in Apex development , including asynchronous and batch processing . Minimum 6 years of experience in Salesforce development. Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior or lead developer role . Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities , including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community (Experience) Cloud . Salesforce certifications preferred — Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently. Fluent in English (speaking and writing) . Work Arrangement Immediate onboarding preferred (within 2 weeks maximum). Until our Kolkata office is fully set up, you’ll work from home — requiring a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
