This role will include both hands-on development and technical leadership responsibilities.Responsibilities:- Actively participate in the design and development of new features for our solution- Provide technical guidance to developers and support their professional growth- Ensure code quality and enforce best practices- Collaborate with Product Owners and other Tech Leads to define priorities and technical evolutions- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and the technical stack- Maintain and optimize SQL Server database performance- Technical Environment- Backend: C#, .NET 8, ASP.NET- Database: SQL Server- Development Tools: Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code- DevOps: Azure DevOps, Azure Git- Cloud: Microsoft Azure – international deploymentProfile:- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field.- Minimum 5 years of experience in C# development- Excellent command of SQL Server, including performance tuning and management of complex databases- Proven experience in technical leadership and team mentoring- Familiarity with Agile environments- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and proactive- Good command of English
