As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for bringing brand stories to life. You'll conceptualize and execute breathtaking visuals for social media, design irresistible performance marketing creatives, and build entire brand identities from scratch. We want a thinker and a doer who isn't afraid to push boundaries and work smart.What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)Conceptualize and create compelling visual designs for a diverse range of clients, primarily for social media and digital advertising platforms.Spearhead the design process for new brands, including logo creation, comprehensive branding, and innovative packaging design.Develop and maintain robust brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all marketing channels.Design high-converting performance marketing creatives (ads, banners, carousels) that stop the scroll and drive results.Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to translate strategies and concepts into powerful visual communication.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas and a strong design perspective to the table.Who You Are (Our Ideal Candidate)You have 1-4 years of professional experience in graphic design.You possess a stellar portfolio that showcases creative and innovative design solutions, especially in Logo Design, Branding, and Packaging . Your portfolio should demonstrate your ability to build a unique design language for a brand.You are highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign are essential) .You have a strong understanding of creating brand guidelines, social media assets, and performance marketing creatives.You are an excellent communicator with good time-management and team collaboration skills.Bonus Points (These will make your application stand out)You have working knowledge of Canva for creating quick and effective visuals.
