Sharepoint Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Provide access and support for all SharePoint sites hosted Identify and document master pages and their corresponding URLs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate SharePoint content dependencies. Maintain a structured inventory of SharePoint assets relevant to the migration. Work closely with the migration team to ensure content readiness and accessibility. Troubleshoot access issues and coordinate with IT or SharePoint admins as needed. Extract and export data, content, code, executables, AV and images from SharePoint lists and libraries as required for migration. Required Skills & Experience: 4+ years of experience working with SharePoint (Online and/or On-Premise). Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, clusters, and administration. Experience in managing SharePoint permissions, site collections, and user access. Proficiency in exporting and organizing data from SharePoint lists and libraries. Ability to navigate and extract content from SharePoint pages and metadata. Excellent documentation and organizational skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with Mutual Fund or ETF domain is a plus. Ability to install and manage SharePoint sites. Nice to Have: Experience supporting content migration projects. Basic understanding of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) – not for execution, but for context. Knowledge of metadata tagging and content governance.
