Stipend : ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the management of our LMS (Retool), including uploading content and ensuring it goes live smoothly.
  • Act as a liaison between learners and educators to address any issues and ensure a smooth learning experience.
  • Coordinate daily operational tasks, ensuring all activities run seamlessly.
  • Support the team in content-related tasks, troubleshooting, and ensuring accuracy before content goes live.
  • Maintain and manage internal documentation and spreadsheets, utilizing Google Sheets to track tasks and data.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new tasks as the internship progresses, contributing to operational improvements.

Requirements :

  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and other basic Google Workspace tools.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
