Understand documentation terms in respect of investments done and assist in activelytracking the terms of the investments such as tracking financial covenants, security,post deal terms, etc2). Execution support in respect of deals with respect to documentation3). Co-ordinate with internal constituents such as Operations, Compliance, Risk in respectof portfolio management functions4). Calculation of NAV and cashflows of the underlying deals5). Preparation of fund fact sheet and periodic communications of the fund6). Co-ordinate with investee companies for tracking and ensuring timely paymentsincluding sending regular reminders7). Co-ordinate with custodian, trustee, NSDL and other stake holders on any aspect of thefund8). Prepare regular fund update presentationRequired Skills / Abilities:Comfortable in analyzing financial statements, legal aspects of documentationEicient in usage of appropriate tools for analyzing and presenting including Excel,PowerPoint, Word, etcStrong collaboration skills across cultures, work styles and roles
