Seed Data Systems is seeking a passionate Content Writer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering impactful content. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career while creating valuable resources for our audiences
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, write, and edit engaging content on Salesforce-related topics, including CRM best practices, product features, implementation strategies, and customer success stories.
· Create high-quality blogs, white papers, case studies, user guides, FAQs, and training materials to address various audience needs.
· Work closely with technical teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and relevance of all content.
· Coordinate with the marketing team to align content with campaign goals and business objectives.
· Conduct keyword research and integrate SEO best practices into content to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic.
· Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, making improvements as needed.
· Ensure all content adheres to the company’s tone, style, and branding guidelines, creating a consistent and professional voice.
· Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, tools, and industry trends to produce timely and relevant content.
· Research emerging technologies and market dynamics to offer fresh insights in content development.
· Craft content that resonates with various audiences, from technical users to decision-makers, ensuring accessibility and value for all levels of expertise.
· Develop content strategies to engage potential clients and enhance their understanding of Salesforce solutions.
· Assist in creating editorial calendars and planning content around product launches, updates, and key industry events.
· Analyze competitor content to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
· Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to refine content and improve its effectiveness.
Key Skills Required
· Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and writing styles.
· Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and technical writing tools and different content posting channels like Word Press, Medium, Quora, Youtube, Instagram, Linked In, Slideshare, etc.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
· Strong research skills to gather information from various sources and validate technical details.
· Understanding of SEO best practices and ability to optimize content for search engines.
· Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
· Knowledge of documentation standards, such as DITA, XML, or Markdown, is a plus.
· Ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical topics and understanding of the technical terms/jargon like cloud, database, server, etc, and the capability to explain the topic in the easiest way.
· Firm understanding of Software Development Lifecycle & Agile.
