Role Description:
Nanogenius Technologies is seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial planning, fundraising, compliance, and risk management, with a focus on scaling fast-growing organizations.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and oversee the company’s financial targets, strategies, budgets, and forecasting processes.
Lead fundraising efforts, including equity and debt financing.
Ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory standards.
Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team on financial growth and cost optimization.
Build and manage a high-performing finance team.
Oversee financial reporting, audits, and tax compliance.
Support preparation for IPOs and investor relations.
Preferred Profile :
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in senior financial leadership roles.
Education: CA/CPA/CFA or MBA in Finance from a top-tier institution.
Proven track record in fundraising and scaling service-based tech organizations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the electronics/semiconductor industry is a plus
