Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Location : - Bengaluru

MetricStream is seeking a passionate UI/UX Designer with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing design team. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end design process for enterprise web applications, from discovery and research to high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and accessible design solutions that align with business goals and enhance user experience.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in end-to-end design workflows, design system management, and accessibility practices, while working on impactful products that serve global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create end-to-end design process for enterprise web applications - from research and wireframing to mockups and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align user needs with business objectives.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve design systems to ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across products.
  • Translate complex workflows into intuitive dashboards, forms, and reusable components.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative feedback cycles to validate design decisions.
  • Ensure design accessibility standards are met, supporting inclusive user experiences.
  • Explore and implement AI-enabled design-to-code tools to speed up design iterations and prototyping.

Skills and Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with enterprise B2B or SaaS platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating workflow-heavy enterprise web app design.
  • Proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, components) and other design/prototyping tools
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development constraints and design handoff best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and modern product workflows would be an added advantage.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
