Inviting applications for the role of Community Management Shift Timings - 5am-2pm In this role, you will be in charge of scanning, analyzing, moderating, and flagging conversations to stakeholders highlighting major issues and prominent discussions occurring in various social media groups and resources of interest. Responsibilities Monitor and respond to comments and messages across the client’s social media properties Provide timely and accurate information to address customer queries and concerns Create a rulebook with curated responses Assist in crisis management and conflict resolution within the community Analyze community feedback and report on sentiments and trends to the client team to help guide key decisions Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the community to build trust and encourage positive engagement Carry out social media analysis and reporting using a range of data aggregator tools Connect the dots and synthesize social data with broader societal trends to provide strategic recommendations and actionable insights Manage projects and deliverables, setting expectations with stakeholders and ensuring adherence to timelines Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop capabilities and strive for improvement Alerting our customer service team of any technical issues or concerns noted on social media Supporting customer service team with relaying notices and updates of technical issues Collaborate with the broader marketing team to grow our social following through various strategies Engaging in online conversations with prospective and existing clients about our topics in our industry, products, and brand. Using analytics tools to monitor performance in line with social media metrics including community engagement and brand sentiment. Contributing to creation and implementation of social media content calendar. Experience of 7-10 years in community management Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications / Skills • B. E & MBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, BSc/MSc • Good knowledge of Banking & Finance Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Expertise on Office tools - Excel, PPT Expert knowledge of social tooling platform Sprinklr Knowledge on Banking, Retail and FMCG/CPG industry, exposure to CPG/Consumer data Good communication skills and ability to present data as a compelling and easily consumable story Should have ability to handle large data sets in arriving at meaningful findings Flexibility to work critical projects with strict deadlines Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers, introducing flair and wit where appropriate. Strong interpersonal skills Analytical abilities and in-depth knowledge of social media insights Expert in community management navigation tools and social media platforms 1-2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, or marketing would be considered an asset Ability to discern, communicate, and uphold online community guidelines Demonstrated ability managing and championing customer-centricity amongst other pressures.
