Trainee - Translational Research Research & Development – Translational Research Translational Research & Project management (R&D) The person under this role shall manage & process patient samples from clinical trial and run relevant translational assays. In addition, the trainee shall help manage the Translational research equipment. The role shall enable compliant & Smooth Clinical Trial Data generation. Processing of patient samples from clinical trials (Eg. Inventorisation and reconciliation of all samples received, processed and stored. # Executing Molecular and cell biology assays on Clinical trial samples as well as samples from other R&D Programs (Eg. Ordering of reagents, consumables & inventory management. # Equipment management: Patient Sample management & Data Generation from IMAGINE 2.Basic processing of human blood and tissue samples. # Experience in Molecular biology assays like qPCR, ddPCR # Experience with Human/Mammalian cell culture # Experience with Immunoassays and flow cytometry shall be bonus. # Basic Statistical & Data analytical skills. ~ Expert with MS Office (Excel, word). # Organized & Quality commitment. # Masters degree (MSc, MS, MTech) in Life sciences, Biotech or related fields with atleast 1 year of hands on experience working in a laboratory. # Diploma/Bachelor’s in MLT with 2 years of diagnostic or industry experience or Masters in MLT with atleast 1 year of lab experience. Role Type: Full Time and Onsite Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM for the General Shift and 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM for the Post-Noon Shift (on a rotational basis). There will be two days off each week, which may not necessarily fall on a Saturday or Sunday. Travel Requirements: Trainee Tenure: The traineeship period is for a duration of 11 months.
