Key Responsibilities: Taking ownership of features/modules end to end. Designing a flexible and scalable approach for each new feature by considering the current requirements and existing product limitations. Developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. Choosing appropriate data stores, designing code architecture, and appropriate deployment models for each new feature. Profiling and improving fullstack performance and documenting fullstack codebase. Setting up appropriate processes, and using appropriate tools to help team members collaborate better. Performing API services to integrate new applications with existing software systems to increase development speed. Evangelising coding practices, techniques, etc via Tech talks and blog posts Requirements & Skills: 5-8 years of experience working as a full-stack developer. Profound knowledge of Python,Node Js, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end and back-end languages. Specialised in using REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux. Experience with browser-based debugging,performance testing software and user Interface design Good understanding of agile best practices, SCRUM, Devops, etc. Proficient understanding of database technologies such as MySQL, Postgres, Redis, and MongoDB. Knowledge of various design patterns, microservices, etc. Experience in designing high-available, scalable, low-latency applications is a plus. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or similar and good understanding of computer science fundamentals.
