The ideal candidate will bring experience in sourcing and managing influencers, coordinating campaigns, and building long-term relationships with content creators.Key Responsibilities1) Identify and shortlist relevant influencers across platforms2) Evaluate influencer metrics, content quality, and audience authenticity3) Manage outreach, negotiations, and onboarding4) Assist in developing influencer marketing strategies and campaign plans based on brand objectives.5) Conduct briefing calls and track content delivery timelines6) Build and maintain long-term, brand-aligned relationships7) Monitor performance and report on campaign resultsRequirements1) 1-3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, preferably from an agency background.2) Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer categories, and digital trends.3) Excellent negotiation and communication skills.4) Ability to evaluate influencer performance metrics using tools such as Instagram Insights, Hype Auditor, or similar platforms.5) Detail-oriented with excellent project management and multitasking skills.Location - MumbaiCompany Website - Bamboo Products: Buy Sustainable & Eco-friendly Product Online | BecoLinked In - (2) Beco: About | Linked In
