Join Pluckk as a Shift Executive , where you’ll play a crucial role in managing production shifts, ensuring quality, efficiency, and seamless order fulfilment.About the Role:As a Shift Executive , you will oversee daily Prep Room operations — managing people, processes, and performance to maintain high-quality output and compliance with food safety standards. You’ll drive process improvements, manage shift teams, and ensure smooth execution of both B2B and B2C orders.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Manage and motivate the on-ground staff, ensuring smooth shift rotations, employee engagement, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.Operations Management: Supervise day-to-day production operations including inventory management, process efficiency, and cost optimization.Process Optimization: Identify and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain product quality.SOP Development: Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production, hygiene, safety, and order management.Order Fulfilment: Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment, maintaining 100% fill rate and coordination with the delivery team.Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and performance-driven culture through recognition and motivation initiatives.What We’re Looking For:2–4 years of experience in fresh food production units.Strong leadership and people management skills, particularly with blue-collar workforce.Solid understanding of food health, hygiene, and safety regulations.Problem-solving mindset, quick learner, and a ‘Can Do’ attitude.Hands-on approach and comfort with shift-based operations.What We Offer:A fast-paced, growth-oriented work environment with a premium food brand.Exposure to modern food production processes and best-in-class technology.Opportunities for continuous learning, leadership, and innovation.A culture built on ownership, collaboration, and high performance.Apply Now: Send your CV to with the subject line “Application – Shift Executive | Pune”
