Job Summary:

The Real Estate Sales Manager will play a crucial role in connecting with prospective brokers, maintaining relationships with existing brokers, identifying new business opportunities, and generating revenue for the company through leasing commercial office spaces.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing Commercial Offices: Proactively lease commercial office spaces to achieve occupancy goals.
  • Broker Engagement: Visit and establish strong relationships with brokers, corporate firms, and companies to expand the client network.
  • Client Acquisition: Collaborate with real estate brokers to attract and secure new clients.
  • Property Showcasing: Effectively present the key selling points of properties to prospective clients, emphasizing their unique features and benefits.
  • Negotiation: Utilize exceptional negotiation skills to finalize leasing agreements that benefit both clients and the company.
  • Social Media Promotion: Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to promote available properties and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate or commercial leasing sectors.
  • Salary – 3 LPA - 6 LPA + incentive.
  • Location – Andheri (East) near Seepz Metro Station.

Skills:

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and promotional activities.
