Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly skilled Product Enablement Specialist - Market Research to drive the enablement of our digital marketing products across the organization. The ideal candidate will develop and implement enablement strategies, create training programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product enablement strategies for digital marketing products (e.g., social media, email marketing, analytics)
- Collaborate with product management, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to identify enablement needs
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, customer success) and external customers
- Create and maintain enablement content, including guides, tutorials, and FAQs
- Analyze enablement metrics and provide insights to inform future enablement strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in product enablement, training, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful enablement strategies for digital marketing products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with enablement platforms and tools (e.g., Showpad, Highspot, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, communications, etc.)
-Team management and leadership experience
-Strong PPT and Canva skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, etc.)
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms
