Job Title: Marketing Head – Gaming Industry Location: Bangalore, India Company: LightFury Games Role Overview: We are seeking a Marketing Head to lead our marketing initiatives across all channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, community engagement, and game marketing , and will be responsible for defining and executing strategies that drive player acquisition, retention, and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for game launches, updates, and promotions. Lead brand management , ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all platforms. Build and engage vibrant gaming communities , both online and offline, to foster player loyalty. Drive digital marketing campaigns , including social media, influencer marketing, content marketing, and paid media strategies. Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to align marketing efforts with game features and releases. Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. Identify and leverage partnerships, sponsorships, and PR opportunities to expand brand visibility. Mentor and manage the marketing team , ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals. Requirements: Proven experience as a Marketing Head, Marketing Director, or Senior Marketing Manager , preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry . Proven experience of at least 12+ years in Marketing. Gaming Preferred. Strong experience in brand management, community building, and digital marketing . Deep understanding of game marketing trends , including live operations, esports, influencer engagement, and user acquisition. Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills . Data-driven mindset with experience in analysing KPIs and campaign performance . Passion for gaming and knowledge of player communities and trends is highly desirable.
