We are seeking a qualified and experienced Accounts Teacher to teach Senior Secondary classes (XI & XII) under the CBSE curriculum. The candidate should have proven expertise in teaching Accountancy, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage students with innovative and effective teaching methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in Accountancy for Classes XI & XII as per the CBSE curriculum.
  • Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments to enhance student learning outcomes.
  • Prepare students for Board Examinations with focus on concepts, practice, and exam techniques.
  • Maintain academic records, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Conduct remedial and enrichment classes as required.
  • Encourage students’ participation in commerce-related activities, projects, and competitions.
  • Collaborate with faculty members, parents, and the school management for holistic student development.
  • Ensure discipline, punctuality, and adherence to school policies in the classroom.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Postgraduate in Commerce (M.Com) with specialization in Accountancy.
  • B.Ed. (mandatory as per CBSE norms).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE Senior Secondary School (preferred).
  • Strong subject knowledge and updated with latest CBSE guidelines and exam patterns.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).
  • Proficient in using digital tools and smart classroom technology.
