With a vision to revolutionize legal education, NLTI combines expert guidance, innovative learning tools, and real-world mentorship to create a structured and effective study ecosystem.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Critical Reasoning Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of reasoning concepts and the ability to explain complex logic-based questions in a clear, engaging manner. The role involves both teaching and academic content development.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging and interactive sessions on Critical Reasoning topics such as:AssumptionsInferencesConclusionsStrengthening and Weakening ArgumentsCause & Effect RelationshipsCourse of ActionStatement–Argument / Statement–ConclusionCritical Evaluation and Logical DeductionDesign and update study materials, mock tests, and practice sheets aligned with the latest exam patterns.Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and help students improve accuracy and speed in solving reasoning questions.Contribute to academic content creation and question-setting for mock tests and online learning modules.Track student performance , provide personalized feedback, and assist in skill development.RequirementsStrong conceptual understanding of Critical Reasoning and Logical Thinking.Prior experience in teaching or mentoring students for competitive exams (CAT, CLAT, GMAT, etc.) preferred.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to make classes engaging, result-oriented, and easy to follow.Job Type : Part-timePay : ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per monthExpected hours: 5 per weekWork Mode : Work from Office
