# Quant Developer (Python) — Systematic Trading *Location:* Jaipur (Onsite) *Employment Type:* Full-time *Experience:* 0–3 years ## About us Alphinion Capital is a young, research-driven firm building systematic/algorithmic trading strategies for Indian capital markets. We’re speeding up our in-house trading stack and are looking for a hands-on Python developer who can contribute across the *backend (data/infra)* and *frontend (dashboards/apps)*. ## What you’ll do • Build and maintain data pipelines for *time-series market data* (equities, F\&O minute bars, ticks). • Create tools for *research, backtesting, and live trading*; help automate existing processes. • Develop interactive dashboards for monitoring, analytics, and execution using *Dash/Streamlit*. • Implement and improve *best-execution* and *risk/position management* functions. • Collaborate with the team on strategy prototyping, validation, and deployment. ## Must-have skills • Strong *Python* fundamentals with scientific stack: *Num Py, Sci Py, scikit-learn, Pandas*. • Visualization / app frameworks: *Plotly, Matplotlib, Dash and/or Streamlit*. • Solid grasp of *time-series data* and data wrangling (resampling, joins, missing data, feature engineering). • Working knowledge of *capital-market datasets* (NSE/BSE; stocks and F\&O minute data). • Clear, disciplined coding practices (Git), curiosity, and a fast learning mindset. ## Nice to have • Experience with *backtesting frameworks*, paper/live trading, or exchange/broker APIs (REST/Web Socket). • Basics of *derivatives* (options/futures), Greeks, and market microstructure. • SQL/No SQL (e.g., Postgres), Linux, Docker, task queues/schedulers. • Stats/ML for forecasting, feature selection, and model evaluation. ## Why join us • Work end-to-end on a *production trading system* with real impact. • *Fixed salary + high performance bonus.* • Small, focused team; lots of ownership and learning. ## Work mode • *Onsite in Jaipur.* Please apply only if you are in Jaipur or willing to relocate. ## How to apply Send your resume (and Git Hub/portfolio, if any) with: • Years of hands-on *Python* experience • Any *analyst/research* experience • Availability to *relocate to Jaipur* (if applicable) • Earliest start date *Keywords:* Python, Num Py, Sci Py, scikit-learn, Pandas, Plotly, Matplotlib, Dash, Streamlit, Time-Series, NSE, BSE, F\&O, Options, Futures, Backtesting, Algorithmic Trading, Quant Research, Jaipur, Onsite.
