Location: Hyderabad (Onsite Role)

Contract: Full time


Job Overview: The IT & Non-IT (Pharma & Engineering) Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent across various domains, including technology and non-technology positions. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, developing targeted recruitment strategies, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.


Key Responsibilities:

Having 2-3 Years of experience

Source and attract candidates for both US IT (technical) and non-IT (Pharma & Engineering) roles through various platforms (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.

Provide timely updates to hiring managers on candidate progress and feedback.

Collaborate with teams to define job requirements and job descriptions for various positions.


Key Skills:

Strong understanding of recruitment techniques for both technical and non-technical positions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
