- Location: Remote- Stipend: ₹15,000 per month- Duration: 3 MonthsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a creative and passionate Hindi Scriptwriting Intern who can craft engaging, original, and concept-driven scripts for our content. You will work closely with our creative, production, and editing teams to develop scripts that appeal to our target audience and align with the brand’s communication style.Key Responsibilities- Develop original scripts in Hindi for videos across formats—short-form, long-form, educational, storytelling, kids content, brand videos, and social media.- Translate ideas, briefs, and concepts into compelling narratives and dialogues.- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and pitch new concepts, story ideas, and content themes.- Adapt scripts to maintain tone, clarity, and brand guidelines.- Conduct basic research to ensure accuracy and authenticity in content.- Revise and refine scripts based on feedback from directors, editors, and supervisors.- Ensure timely delivery of scripts while maintaining creativity and quality.- Maintain consistency in character voice, narrative style, and storytelling structure.Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong command over Hindi language (writing, grammar, vocabulary, storytelling).- Ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging and easy-to-understand scripts.- A natural flair for storytelling, humor, dialogue writing, and emotional expression.- Understanding of story structures, pacing, and narrative techniques.- Basic awareness of digital content trends on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and OTT.- Ability to think creatively and work on deadlines.What You’ll Learn- Industry-standard scriptwriting formats and drafting techniques.- Writing across multiple genres and digital formats.- How creative teams collaborate from idea to final output.- Exposure to shoots, voice-over direction, and content production.Why Join Us?- Work with a dynamic, creative team producing high-quality digital content.- Opportunity to build a diverse scriptwriting portfolio.- Mentorship from experienced writers and creators.- Growth-oriented environment with hands-on learning.
