Must-Have:
In depth knowledge of Java and evidence of exposure to other languages, extensions and paradigms
Working Knowledge on Spring Boot Framework, microservice
Understanding of Rest and Soap service
Knowledge of SQL
Sufficient Software design capabilities
Sufficient language skills to retain and increase conceptual integrity of our code.
Good command of their chosen programming language(s)
Sufficient understanding of the concept of coding standards (e.g., Clean Code)
Sufficient command of the programming frameworks used in their working context.
Sufficient command of the central programming and architectural paradigm(s) of their development context.
E.g., Object-Oriented, and functional paradigms for the Java developers, functional and reactive programming paradigms for front end developers. REST-paradigm for all involved in developing our system.
