This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and integrations, especially those who have worked within the manufacturing domain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM solutions that align with our business goals.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a focus on Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Talent modules.- Lead technical design and development of Fast Formulas, HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI/BIP Reports, and personalization's.- Implement and support inbound/outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and other middleware.- Work with business stakeholders and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Oracle HCM modules.- Collaborate with global teams across time zones in an Agile/Dev Ops environment.- Provide production support, including root cause analysis and defect resolution.- Document technical specifications, configuration guides, and system architecture.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 8+ years of overall experience in ERP/Cloud application development.- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence, etc.).- Strong expertise in Fast Formulas, HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher/OTBI reporting.- Experience in building and maintaining Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.- Proficient in PL/SQL, REST/SOAP Web Services, and XML/XSLT.- Good understanding of security roles and data access in Oracle HCM Cloud.- Proven experience in end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations or support projects.- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working in the manufacturing industry with knowledge of HR and Payroll processes in a manufacturing setup.- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is a plus.- Exposure to Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Benefits, and Learning modules is an advantage.
