Job Title : Service EngineerLocation : Hyderabad, Ramagundam, Manuguru, Kancheepuram, KarnatakaQualification : ITI / Diploma - Mechanical, ElectricalExperience : 4-10 yearsIndustry : Mining Industry ( Hydraulic Excavators ,Dumpers , Graders Cranes )Roles & Responsibilities :Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Exposure to Product Service support on CE & ME Machines, Leading a big teamErection and commissioning of new machines, machine condition monitoringMachine availability & Spare parts planning, managing a FMC teamAttend to daily checks , mandatory service and break down callsMaintain record of daily checks , daily reporting of m/c working & breakdownCarry out Preventative Maintenance checks & plan for parts /components for repairsEnsure the machine is working condition with minimum breakdownReporting of service reports in SAP & also on Komatsu ICT toolsCoordinate with shift in charge and able to lead the skilled /semiskilled techniciansunder Team leasePreferred Skills:Good technical knowledge on ProductsMachine customer database, SAP KnowledgePayment followupsKnowledge on SAP & OEMsystemsGood Communication & presentation skillsMS Office Skills ( Excel & Power point )Leading a FMC team and ensuring contractual agreed availability, Condition Monitoring, Spare Parts Planning, execution of planned service jobs, Parts inventory, Cost Control, Safety of machine & personnel at FMC projectAbout Larsen & Toubro:Larsen & Toubro is an Indian multinational engaged in EPC Projects, Hi-Tech Manufacturing and Services.
