The Landscape Architect will be responsible for landscape planning, design, landscaping, creating landscape architecture, and developing planting plans as part of their day-to-day tasks.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of design concepts and solutions for landscape architectural projects.- Manage and coordinate project teams, including junior landscape architects, designers, and consultants.- Conduct site analysis, research, and feasibility studies.- Prepare and review landscape drawings, renderings, and presentations.- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.- Provide technical expertise and guidance on plant materials, sustainable practices, and construction techniques.- Oversee the production of construction documents and specifications.- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional growth and developmentQualifications- Landscape Planning and Landscape Design skills- Experience in Landscaping and Landscape Architecture- Proficiency in creating Planting Plans- Strong attention to detail in design and execution- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field- Knowledge of sustainable landscape practices is a plus
