Job Description -
A focused and engaging Operations Executive with good communication and English writing skills. The primary duty will be to manage incoming messages from prospective customers on social media handles and WhatsApp business accounts. The role requires the representative to promptly reply to the query and provide correct information, follow-up regularly, and get customer feedback to ensure that their query/complaint is resolved.
Responsibilities-
● Understand the company, pricing model of services and various team structures before starting the role of the Operations Executive.
● Monitor Instagram/ Facebook/ WhatsApp accounts to reply to customers promptly.
● Coordinate with different teams like technical, sales, and marketing to resolve customer queries and complaints.
● Customise responses as per each interaction with the customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the response.
● Ensure no backlog of unattended chats or unresolved customer queries that will put doubt on the services.
Requirements
● Graduate degree with 0-2 years of work experience.
● Excellent communication and English writing skills.
● Multitasking skills to handle multiple customers at the same time.
● Quick learner to understand the company and various accounts to be handled. ● Patience and Empathy to talk politely with customers.
● Data management on MS Excel to keep a record of customer queries and complaints.
