Executive located in Rajkot. We are seeking a motivated Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure smooth financial functioning. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and have a strong understanding of accounting principles.Opportunity to Explore- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely reconciliation of financial statements.- Handle all GST, TDS, and Income Tax-related compliances, including preparation and filing of returns.- Prepare and record invoices, vouchers, journal entries, and other accounting documents.- Coordinate with clients to collect data, clarify queries, and ensure smooth transaction processing.- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports to support management decision-making.- Monitor day-to-day cash flow, expenses, and petty cash management.- Ensure all accounting data is properly maintained in Tally and updated regularly.Qualifications- Graduate/ Post Graduate/CA inter- 0-2 years of experience in accounting/Freshers can also apply- Knowledge of Tally and GST filing preferred- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting- Knowledge of accounting software and tools (experience preferred)- Relevant educational background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field- Ability to work independently and engage in teamwork as needed
