About The Job

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about enhancing our customer experience and dedicated to fostering a positive customer experience. If you are an empathetic individual, willing to put yourself in our customer’s shoes, and passionate about solving their issues for the best possible experience, you’re the perfect match for us.

Requirements
  • Graduate - Any
  • Proven track record of 6 months -1 year of experience as a client relationship associate.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of banking services, fintech products, and how they integrate into business processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with key bank stakeholders to explore potential partnerships.
  • Pitch Paywize’s offerings to banks and work on extracting services that can be integrated into our platform.
  • Engage with clients to gain insights into their financial aspirations and requirements.
  • Offer modified financial guidance and solutions that align with each client's specific objectives.
  • Foster enduring relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement.
  • Perform regular assessments and updates with clients to identify any shifts in their goals, and adapt the financial strategy accordingly.
  • Respond to client complaints promptly and effectively to ensure swift resolutions.
  • Gathering client feedback and integrating it into everyday practices.
