We’re now looking for a 3D Artist to join our growing team, someone with a strong sense of form, detail, and storytelling through visuals. Job Tile – 3D Artist / Designer Experience: (Min. Department: Design Employment Type: Full time (On-Site) Create high-quality 3D models, textures, lighting, and renders for products, environments, or characters based on project requirements. Collaborate with design, animation, and development teams to deliver visually compelling assets. Understand project goals, interpret briefs, and translate ideas into 3D visuals or animations. Optimise 3D assets for performance across various platforms (web, AR/VR, games, etc.). Work on both still renders and animated sequences for presentations, videos, or interactive experiences. Participate in creative brainstorming and provide input during conceptualisation and ideation phases. Manage timelines and deliverables, ensuring output is on-brand and on-time. Bachelor's degree or diploma in 3D Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred, not mandatory with strong portfolio). Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D , or ZBrush . Strong understanding of modelling, texturing, lighting, shading, rigging, and rendering techniques. Experience with Substance Painter , Photoshop , or other texture-mapping software. Familiarity with Unreal Engine , Unity , or WebGL tools is a plus. Basic knowledge of animation principles and camera setup. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D work.
