Video Content Specialist

We're looking for a creative storyteller (3+ years' experience) to join us as Content Specialist at SmartQ.

Research, ideate, and create compelling content that engages diverse audiences, strengthens our brand voice, and aligns with our core values.

You'll be a key member of our Marketing team, working cross-functionally with various departments to ensure our message resonates and drives impact.

Content at SmartQ (Bottle Lab Technologies Pvt Ltd)

Every month, our marketing team delivers 500+ content pieces that power SmartQ's growth enabling sales, operations, and hiring teams to achieve their goals faster.

As our Content Specialist, you'll be at the heart of audience-focused storytelling, creating impactful, interactive, and creative content while working seamlessly with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Branding (Client, Vendor & Employer Branding)

Client Branding: Create content for client-facing branding initiatives such as cafeteria signage, wall graphics, digital displays, onboarding kits, and other client communication materials that reflect both SmartQ's brand voice consistently.

Vendor Branding: Develop content for vendor kits, HSEQ kits, counter signage, digital standees, and menu boards to ensure messaging consistency and a professional brand experience.

Employee Branding: Produce internal content such as welcoming kits, newsletters, internal communication campaigns, and communication for the SmartQ cafeteria to engage employees and promote organizational culture.

Write and maintain consistent messaging and tone across all branding materials to ensure alignment with broader business and marketing objectives.

Client Servicing (Client-Specific & End-Consumer Content)

Produce content tailored to specific client requirements for Launch, monthly campaigns and deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.

Design end-consumer-focused content for new launch communications, promotions, and engagement campaigns, including banners, digital standees, in-app notifications, emailers, table-top cards, and social media creatives.

Write short, impactful copy for campaigns and creatives that is clear, engaging, and drives action.

Write impactful copy for product descriptions, educational materials, manuals, and collaterals.

Develop and refine content for our app, digital products, and website improving it month on month.

Ideate engaging content for social media captions and notifications.

Contribute fresh ideas to monthly marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.

Strong copywriting skills and the ability to craft engaging long-form content.

Strong understanding of audience-specific content creation.

Organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Basic understanding of the food and tech industry (a plus).
