Territory manager

The ideal candidate will guide the organization's sales force by reviewing sales results, pursuing effective training, and setting goals for sales teams. This candidate should have an ability to understand customers needs in a given territory and educate the sales force on effective sales techniques for the area.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver month on month targets of Loan Disbursals, focusing on quality and quantity of ETwo Wheeler loan in given territory.
• Maintaining relationship with Manufacturing team and work closely with them
• Developing strategies and business plans for further growth of companies business in his territory • Ensure organization presence in all potential dealerships/outlets in the territory.
• Competition mapping, keeping track of competition in market & be updated on all market trends.
• Maintaining relationships with key channel partners/Dealers.
• Monitoring the schemes, timely dealer payouts, training and managing Sales Executives
• Evaluating and monitoring SEs performance, gate keeping of Sales process.
Ensuring Supervisory controls all the time.
• Abide by company’s laid down policies and processes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience with business to business sales and business to customer sales
Strong management, time management and communication skills
Ability to work in fast paced working environment
