Position: Snowflake Developer Location: Hyderabad Experience: 5–11 Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Summary: We are seeking an experienced Snowflake Developer to join our Data Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in building scalable data pipelines, architecting data warehouse solutions, and leveraging advanced Snowflake capabilities in a cloud environment (AWS/Azure/GCP). Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize Snowflake data models, schemas, and data warehouse structures. Implement Snowflake features including Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Time Travel, Clustering, and Materialized Views. Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake and cloud-native tools. Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data transformation and data quality checks. Integrate Snowflake with various cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data ingestion tools. Work closely with data engineers, BI teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions. Monitor performance, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure platform reliability and optimization. Ensure best practices in security, governance, data privacy, and cost optimization within Snowflake. Required Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse. Expertise in SQL, data modelling, and data architecture. Experience with ETL/ELT development on Snowflake. Knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP (any one is sufficient). Familiarity with Airflow, DBT, Informatica, ADF, or similar tools is added advantage. Understanding of data warehousing concepts: SCD, Fact/Dimension tables, Star/Snowflake schema. Experience in performance tuning and query optimization.
