The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination. You will play a key role in attracting and hiring the best technical and support talent to meet our business goals.Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and non-IT roles.- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and define candidate profiles.- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.- Screen and evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and interview panels.- Manage offer negotiations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for selected candidates.- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports.- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.- Promote employer branding and a positive candidate experience at every stage.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the IT domain.- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing strategies.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills.
