You will swiftly familiarize yourself with our existing codebase and make immediate contributions. This is a remote-friendly hybrid role offering flexible hours, but requires dependable availability and proactive communication. Candidates are expected to come to our Mohali office frequently.This role offers a rare opportunity to work directly alongside business team and senior management and building next-generation PropTech systems.Key Responsibilities:Design, Develop, Maintain, Enhance, and Support the flagship platform in C# and DevExpress in Visual Studio.Work extensively with Microsoft SQL Server ( T-SQL  queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance optimization).Writing scalable, maintainable, and efficient code that supports long-term development goalsWork closely with the management team to understand business needs and deliver fast, reliable solutions.Build and refine user interface components using  DevExpress  (WinForms and/or WPF).Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.Provide clear, well-documented code and regular status updates.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of professional experience with C# and DevExpress (WinForms or WPF).Proven experience building enterprise applications in C# and MS SQL Server.Advanced Microsoft SQL Server skills, including complex query writing, schema design, and performance tuning.Excellent SQL skillsGood Powershell knowledgeHands-on experience with  DevExpress  UI controls and reporting tools.Ability to quickly understand and work within an established codebase.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Excellent communication skills  (written and spoken English) and a strong team-oriented mindset.Degree in Computer ScienceAbove all, honesty at all levels.Desirable Skills:Experience integrating C# applications with legacy systems.Familiarity with source control systems (SVN, Git, Azure DevOps etc).Understanding of multi-tier application architecture.Any knowledge of  Delphi 7  or  Pascal  is advantageous (although not essential).An Attitude of honesty, eager to learn, reliable and self-motivatedWhat’s on Offer:Competitive Salary for the right candidatePerformance based bonus and other incentivesHybrid Working: Typically 2 days per week in Mohali officeOpportunity to contribute to innovative strategies using cutting-edge technologiesCollaborative environment with teams located in India, UK and USAWork on cutting-edge   digital technologies and a growing cultureAnnual holidaysBe part of a company that values innovation, trust, and people-first thinking
