We are looking for a DVP/VP to lead private market investment advisory for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and family offices. This role focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and advising clients on pre-IPO and early-stage venture capital opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of private equity and venture capital, a strong network in the startup ecosystem, and a proven track record of facilitating private market deals.

Deal Sourcing and Evaluation: Identify and source high-potential pre-IPO and early-stage investment opportunities for clients.
• Client Advisory: Advise HNIs and family offices on private market deals, including conducting due diligence on startups' financial health, market position, and growth potential.
• Manage the end-to-end deal process for pre-IPO placements and secondary transactions with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNI) investors. This includes preparing legal documents and negotiating terms.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to guide investment strategies.
• Portfolio Management: Help clients integrate private market investments into their overall wealth plan for a balanced and diversified portfolio.

Experience: Proven experience in private equity, venture capital, or a related field, with a focus on advising HNI and family office clients. Experience facilitating pre-IPO and secondary transactions is highly preferred.
• A strong understanding of private market investment strategies, including venture capital and growth equity. Familiarity with fund structures, financial modeling, and valuation analysis is essential.
• Network: An established network within the startup and private investment ecosystem in India.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is required. An MBA or CFA is a plus.
