Guidewire cloud developer

Overview: We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Guidewire Cloud Developer to spearhead the development and integration of Guidewire applications within cloud-based environments. This role entails the implementation of Guidewire Policy Center and Claim Center, ensuring seamless integration with external systems, and optimizing performance through cutting-edge Dev Ops practices. Mastery of AWS cloud infrastructure, advanced security frameworks, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is imperative. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in cloud monitoring and continuous delivery pipelines, along with a proven track record in migrating legacy applications to AWS and private cloud platforms.
Key Skills and Experience:
· Guidewire Development Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in developing Guidewire solutions in cloud-based environments.
· Proven Implementation Success: A strong track record in Guidewire implementation projects, validated by Guidewire technical certifications.
· Integration Proficiency: Extensive experience in integrating Guidewire Policy Center and Claim Center with external systems and tools.
· Dev Ops Excellence: In-depth understanding of coding standards, code review processes, version control strategies, and Dev Ops principles specific to Guidewire solutions.
· AWS Cloud Expertise: Practical knowledge of AWS components, including VPCs, subnets, security configurations, routing, and gateway solutions.
· Networking Acumen: Familiarity with networking fundamentals, protocols, and standards such as TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, and HTTP.
· Advanced Security Frameworks: Expertise in security frameworks including m TLS, Open ID Connect, OAuth2, and ABAC/RBAC policies.
· Cloud Monitoring Tools: Proficiency in utilizing cloud monitoring tools such as AWS Cloud Watch, Data Dog, ELK, and Grafana.
· Containerization Technologies: Advanced skills in Docker and Kubernetes, including AWS-native solutions like ECS and ECR.
Responsibilities:
· Application Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance application performance to ensure optimal operation.
· Legacy Systems Migration: Lead the transition of legacy systems to modern AWS and private cloud platforms.
