Job Description- Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders and gather requirements for business intelligence solutions. Design, develop, and maintain data integration processes using SSIS. Create and manage data warehouses and data marts. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SSRS. Perform data analysis and develop insights to support business decision-making. Optimize and tune SQL queries for performance and efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and quality. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in MSBI development. Technical Skills- Strong knowledge of SQL for database operations. Proficiency in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for data integration. Experience in SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) for report development. Experience- Minimum 7 years of experience in MSBI development. Strong expertise in SQL for database operations. Experience in designing and implementing data integration processes using SSIS. Proficiency in developing reports and dashboards using SSRS. Experience in data warehouse design and development. Familiarity with data modeling and dimensional modeling concepts. Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and best practices. Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries. Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge of SQL for database operations. Experience in MSBI development using SSIS and SSRS. Soft Skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work both independently and in a team.
