This role combines digital marketing leadership with technical web design knowledge to drive business growth and brand engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Strategy & Execution- Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.- Oversee campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, performance marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.- Manage digital ad budgets to ensure cost-effective lead generation and maximum ROI.- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Meta Ads to analyze campaign performance and refine strategies.- should develop the sales marketing funnels.Web Design & Optimization- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of user-friendly, responsive websites.- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure websites reflect the brand identity and engage users effectively.- Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and accessibility.Team Leadership- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing and web design professionals.- Ensure alignment between digital marketing and web design teams for seamless execution of campaigns and website updates.- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.Collaboration & Stakeholder Management- Work closely with product, sales, and content teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.- Present reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.Qualifications & SkillsEducation- Any Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred ) Marketing, or a related field- Diploma in Digital Marketing from a recognized institution.Experience- 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, including leadership roles.- Strong background in web design and development, with hands-on experience managing websites.Technical Skills- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, and SEMrush.- Expertise in web design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.- Strong understanding of SEO, UX/UI design principles, and website analytics.Soft Skills- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.- Creative problem-solving and analytical abilities.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
