The company is already the largest employer of interior designers in the country. Livspace currently serves Singapore, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia as well as 30 metro and non-metro areas in India including - Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Kochi, Jaipur, Lucknow, Indore, Surat, Coimbatore, Mysore, Mangalore, Vizag, Vijayawada.
Livspace has showcased phenomenal growth since its launch, having delivered over 125,000 rooms and selling over 7.5 million SKUs through its platform. The company also delivered 50,000 homes across all our serviceable locations.
The founders - Anuj Srivastava and Ramakant Sharma are former Google and Myntra executives respectively, who are seasoned entrepreneurs and successful angel investors. For more information, please visit: " a Management Trainee, you will undertake key projects in pursuit of business growth under direct guidance from the leadership team. The role will offer great exposure to building new growth avenues and in process equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in management. You will work closely with various departments, gaining exposure to different aspects of our business operations and drive significant business outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Pursue key outcomes, process and operating model on business critical projects from ground up
Establish Product market fit (PMF), business viability of new growth avenues - channels, products etc.
Create playbooks, processes and systems from 0-1 initiatives to enable scaling up of business initiatives
Track business metrics, unit economics and other metrics to ensure financial feasibility
Conduct market research and competitor analysis, market visits, product requirements documents
Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance company processes.
Analyze and report on business performance metrics.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop management skills
Skills and Qualification:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on first principles and blue ocean thinking
Hands on approach to problem solving with ability to collaborate and succeed with people on ground
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous work experience in growth strategy, Go To market and new market expansion projects in consulting and core companies.
Exposure to consumer and retail oriented Industries; Real estate and home care and home interiors is an added advantage
