Job Title: Digital HR Solution Design / Presales Specialist

Location: Bangalore, India

Department: Digital Transformation Services (DTS)

Reports To: DTS Practice Lead / Program Manager

Role Overview:

The Digital HR Solution Design / Presales Specialist will be instrumental in driving digital transformation initiatives for clients by designing and presenting innovative HR solutions. This role involves understanding business needs, developing strategic HR technology solutions, and delivering compelling proposals that align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify HR transformation needs.
  • Design end-to-end digital HR solutions aligning with business objectives.
  • Lead presales activities, including proposal creation, RFP/RFI responses, and solution presentations.
  • Create and deliver engaging presentations, demos, and workshops to senior stakeholders.
  • Work closely with product, technology, and consulting teams to ensure solution feasibility.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to enhance solution offerings.
  • Support sales teams with deal strategy, proposal excellence, and client engagement.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of digital HR technologies (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD).
  • Excellent presales and solution design experience in HR domain.
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and proposal writing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to convert business problems into solutions.
  • Knowledge of HR processes (Talent Management, Payroll, Workforce Analytics, etc.).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in HR digital transformation, solution design, or presales.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering HR technology solutions for large enterprises.
  • Experience working in digital transformation or consulting environments preferred.
