Hiring for Client of Talent Toppers.
we are seeking dynamic and experienced HR IT Program Leader to lead and oversee the implementation and management of HR technology solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR systems and processes, coupled with strong project management skills to deliver seamless technology solutions that align with business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Management: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of HR technology initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR, IT, and other business units to understand requirements, identify solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Technology Implementation: Oversee the implementation and integration of HR systems such as, but not limited to, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), payroll systems, talent management systems, etc.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring service delivery meets the company's standards and project needs.
Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional project team, including developers, analysts, and HR stakeholders. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Audit and Risk Management: Identify and manage Audit findings and risks related to HR technology initiatives, ensuring potential issues are mitigated promptly.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by assessing current HR systems and processes, identifying areas for optimization, and recommending technology upgrades.
Data Management: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in handling employee data within HR systems.
Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new HR technologies across the organization.
Key competencies/skills required :
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in IT program or project management, with at least 3-5 years managing HR technology projects.
- HR Systems Knowledge: Proven experience with HR technologies such as HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM), LMS, Leave and Time, payroll, and talent management systems.
- Project Management Skills: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.).
- Technical Expertise: Ability to understand complex IT systems and infrastructure to collaborate with IT teams effectively.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, determine root causes, and implement solutions.
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or equivalent certifications are preferred.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of cloud-based HR technology platforms.
- Experience in managing global HR technology projects.
- Familiarity with data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience in change management and user training initiatives related to HR technology rollouts.
