Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mern Stack Developer at Kairosoft AI Solutions Ltd in Mumbai. The Mern Stack Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack (Mongo DB, Express, React, Node.js). The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions. Proficient in Node.js and Java Script​: Strong understanding of asynchronous programming. Experience with ES6+ features like Promises, Async/Await, and Modules. Framework Knowledge: Proficiency in frameworks like Express.js or Nest.js. Understanding of microservices architecture. Database Management: Expertise in working with databases like Mongo DB, Postgre SQL, My SQL, or Redis. Proficient in writing complex queries, database optimization, and using ORMs (e.g., Mongoose, Sequelize). RESTful API Development: Building and consuming RESTful APIs. Knowledge of Graph QL is a plus. Authentication and Authorization: Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, and session management. Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC). Version Control: Proficient in Git and Git Hub/Git Lab. Unit Testing & Debugging: Experience with testing frameworks like Mocha, Chai, Jest, or Supertest. Skilled at debugging and error handling. Deployment: Familiar with CI/CD pipelines. Experience deploying applications on platforms like AWS, Azure, Digital Ocean, or Heroku. Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker. Message Queues: Experience with tools like Rabbit MQ, Kafka, or AWS SQS for asynchronous operations. Web Socket/Real-time Communication: Understanding Web Sockets or libraries like Socket. IO for real-time applications. Performance Optimization: Understanding of event loop, clusters, and worker threads. Skilled in identifying bottlenecks and optimizing Node.js applications. Security Best Practices: Protecting against common vulnerabilities like SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, etc. Knowledge of data encryption and secure data storage. Soft Skills Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues effectively. Communication: Clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders. Team Collaboration: Experience working in Agile teams and participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and work with new technologies as needed. Bonus Skills Experience with serverless architecture (e.g., AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions). Familiarity with Type Script. Knowledge of API documentation tools like Swagger or Postman. Experience with No SQL databases like Dynamo DB or Couch DB. Basic front-end knowledge for better API integration (e.g., React or Angular).
