You’ll be capturing our people, ideas, and brand across product explainers, founder videos, interviews, shorts, and event shoots.This isn’t a “clip and caption” role. You need taste, instinct, and speed. You’ll own the end-to-end video narrative that includes everything from lens to export.What You’ll Own1. Full-Stack Video ProductionConcept, script, shoot, and edit video content across social, web, and YouTube.Collaborate with content writers to convert ideas and scripts into dynamic visual stories.Produce fast-turnaround videos around trending topics whenever needed (AI launches, startup reports, SEO trends).Own every part of the process, from camera setup to final export.2. Brand Storytelling & Motion DesignTranslate technical and strategic ideas into high-impact visual storytelling.Add energy to complex narratives with pacing, animation, typography, and sound design.Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with new formats, styles, and tones.Shape the founder/founder-led content presence — from setup to scripting.3. Employer MarketingBuild and amplify VisibilityStack’s employer brand through authentic, high-quality visual storytelling.Capture the culture — behind-the-scenes moments, team stories, founder insights, and the energy that defines how we work.Create recruitment-focused videos, culture reels, and day-in-the-life content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and careers pages.Collaborate with People Ops and Marketing to ensure the brand voice and visual identity are consistent across all talent touchpoints.Turn internal milestones, wins, and events into powerful narratives that attract the next generation of top talent.4. Distribution-Ready ClipsEdit for platform-first performance, which means, clips built for native distribution on LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Shorts.Collaborate with the content and inbound teams to amplify reach across search and social.Build a repeatable video pipeline that’s fast, data-informed, and scalable.You’ll Fit Right In If YouHave 2–5 years of hands-on experience shooting and editing video (studio + field).Are fluent in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.Know how to direct, light, and frame both humans and ideas.Expert in creative problem-solving and navigating chaos and deadlines.Have a sharp eye for design, composition, and pacing and can defend your creative choices.Are plugged into marketing and startup culture which means you understand why something trends, not just what trends.Are adept in using AI tools that accelerate and enhance your workflow.What Makes You StandoutExperience creating video content for B2B, SaaS, or tech brands.Familiarity with motion graphics, or animation workflows.Strong understanding of distribution formats (reels, shorts, founder videos, explainers).Ability to write or adapt video scripts and creative outlines.Comfortable with scripting and directing founders on camera.This Role Is Not for You IfYou wait for someone to tell you what to do next.You’re uncomfortable shooting in speedy, unpredictable environments.You think “good enough” is good enough.You can’t handle feedback at the speed of Slack.What You’ll GetAccess to founders, strategists, and marketers who move as fast as you do.Full creative control and ownership of your work, no endless approval chains.Exposure to building an AI-native brand from scratch.A seat on the team building the next generation of organic growth storytelling.Work environment that’s carefree and chill.We don’t hire easy.
