Platform Design Lead

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days work from office)
This role is based out of Bangalore, but remote working with need-based travel is available
for the right candidate.
What you'll do :
- Lead Platform Design by setting the vision, strategy, and direction for the team. Bring and influence positive change/impact on the ways our players use our products.
- Oversee the creation of intuitive, engaging, and innovative gaming experiences for users.
- Create exceptional visual designs, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build design roadmaps that result in business outcomes while delivering a fun and delightful experience.
- Constantly measure the product metrics and strive towards informed iterations to enhance user experience and overall product quality.
- Lead user research initiatives to understand user behaviour and preferences, using insights to inform design decisions.
- Stay informed about trends in gaming, technology, and design, integrating new ideas and innovations in the product pipeline.
What we are looking for :
- 8+ years of experience in Product design, with a minimum of 3 years in a lead role. Experience in the gaming industry is a huge plus .
- Proficiency with Figma and other tools of choice to turn ideas into visual solutions using typography, colour, layout, iconography, and aesthetic sense.
- Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, interaction design, and user research methodologies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and innovative product design solutions.
