What We’re Looking For
The Cloud Engineer will play a pivotal role in strengthening cloud infrastructure and security practices. This position focuses on implementing and managing security controls across multi-cloud and hybrid environments, ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of cloud systems.
Responsibilities
Implement and manage security controls across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
Configure and secure hybrid and on-premise firewalls, VPNs, and network segmentation.
Secure containerized environments using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
Lead SOC operations, including incident response, threat detection, and mitigation using SIEM platforms.
Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and recommend effective mitigations.
Automate operational tasks and improve efficiency using Bash or PowerShell scripting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish robust security practices and ensure compliance with standards.
Proactively monitor cloud environments for security threats and promptly address incidents.
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in cloud engineering and security.
Expertise in implementing security controls for AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Proficiency in configuring and securing firewalls, VPNs, and network segmentation in hybrid environments.
Hands-on experience with securing containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
Strong knowledge of SOC operations, including incident response, threat detection, and SIEM platforms.
Experience conducting vulnerability assessments and applying remediations.
Advanced scripting skills in Bash or PowerShell for automation.
In-depth understanding of cloud security frameworks and best practices.
Preferred Skills :
Experience working in multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or GDPR.
Familiarity with advanced monitoring tools and techniques.
