As we grow rapidly, we’re strengthening our governance framework — and we’re looking for an Internal Audit Manager to set up and lead the internal audit function from the ground up.This is a foundational role — the first hire in the internal audit team — and will work closely with the leadership team across finance, operations, and strategy.Job DescriptionBuild and execute the internal audit charter and audit roadmap from scratchLead risk-based audits across finance, procurement, operations, supply chain, IT, and complianceIdentify control gaps and process improvement areas with actionable recommendationsPresent audit findings to senior leadership with clear business contextTrack and ensure closure of audit observations and corrective actionsPartner with functional heads to strengthen internal controls and SOPsLead special audits/investigations as needed, including forensic reviewsStay up to date with ICAI guidelines and best practices in governancePre RequisitesQualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory3–6 years of experience in internal audit, risk advisory, or process auditsPrior experience in startups / consumer / retail / food sector preferredStrong understanding of internal controls and risk managementHands-on, independent, and comfortable in a high-growth environmentStrong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skillsHigh integrity and business-first mindsetWhy join us?Play a key role in building India’s fastest-growing food tech platformTake full ownership as the first internal audit hireWork with a passionate team solving for scale, speed, and complianceCompetitive comp, high visibility, and fast-track growth
