We are hiring for Procurement- Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager (Information Technology-Hardware & Software) Job Location- Bangalore. Job Role- Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager. Note- Specifically looking for sourcing strategic domain in- IT (Information Technology-Hardware & Software) Years of experience- 17+ years - 22 Years. Must have worked on- SAP ARIBA, Coupa. People Management experience is mandate. Notice Period- Immediate - 30 Days Max. Salary upto- 40LPA Note - Flexible to work in including night shift and work from office. Skills Required Your Role and Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead our strategic sourcing efforts and drive business growth across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sourcing strategies, managing complex supplier relationships, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing Leadership Supplier Relationship Management Contract Management Category Management Stakeholder Management Required Technical and Professional Expertise Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration , or related field Minimum 17+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management Proven track record of driving business growth and improving supplier performance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Experience with contract management and negotiation, including development and implementation of contracts Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration , or related field Professional certifications, such as CSCP or CPSM Experience with supplier relationship management tools and software Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in strategic sourcing and supply chain management Interested applicants can reach out to- Amzad Ali Mobile No: - 9900024952 Email : Amzad@inspirationmanpower.co.in
